Very good customer service! Thank you to Marco for helping my mom out. She struggles to speak English, and he was the only one who spoke Spanish there at the time. He was very helpful to my mom and convinced her to get a membership since she goes there often, and it’s been very helpful. He had the best customer service and always had a smile on his face. When she was struggling to pay, he helped her within seconds. Went this morning to try it out after being a member at a competitor where the wash just wasn’t cleaning my car like it used to clean. I have to say, I dealt with some of the most pleasant people I’ve come across in the service industry in quite a while.On top of that, the wash was great, the vacuums were perfect with plenty of room to open up all of your car doors, and the towel program was the icing on the cake.
